Plains Peanut Festival in Plains

Join the fun in President Jimmy Carter‘s hometown Sept. 28, 2024, for the Plains Peanut Festival. Join the road race or fun run, and enjoy all-day entertainment, kiddie rides, arts and crafts vendors, food, train rides and more!

Georgia National Fair in Perry

For 11 days each autumn, The Georgia National Fair brings rides, concerts, agricultural exhibits and competitions, food stands, arts and crafts, and horse shows to the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter. The best part? Fireworks each night! Visit Oct. 3-13, 2024.

Kingsland Catfish Festival in Kingsland
